Metal-Fab TempGuard™ Double Wall Insulated Vent Pipe & Fittings
Temp/Guard® All-fuel products, diameters 6",7",8",10",and 12" are tested and listed to UL 103HT for continuous operating temperatures up to 1000°F and 2100°F intermittent. Temp/Guard® features a twist-lock connection that eliminates the need for sheet metal screws and aids in proper joint alignment. Temp/Guard® utilizes a ceramic fiber blanket insulation that reduces “hot spots” and prevents insulation settling during transportation and installation, increasing product safety and reliability. Their factory-built chimneys have the smallest clearance to combustibles of 2" in the industry, reducing the chimney system footprint that saves on cost and time.
NOTE: All measurements listed below are the sizes of the individual pieces. Connecting pieces together results in a 1.5 inch overlap. Therefore, two 48" connected chimney pipes measure 94.5" total. Subtract 1.5 inches for every joint whether vertical or horizontal. Inner Casing on all products is Stainless Steel. The charts below show pipe size across the top and lettered drawing dimensions down the side.
Chimney Pipe 6-12" Interior Diameter
The outer casing of Stainless or Galvanized provides strength, durability, and corrosion resistance. Twist lock enables fast, easy installation without tools.
"C" Dimensions come in lengths of 6", 12", 18", 24", 36" and 48"* *Note: 48" lengths of 10 and 12 inch pipe are not available.
Insulated Tee - Stainless or Galvanized Casing
The Chimney Tee may be used to support the chimney indoors or outdoors on the non-combustable Wall Support or on a masonary pier. A Standard Tee Cap (TGTC) is included with the Tee.Note: Insulated Tee available only in Galvanized casing in 10" and 12" sizes.
The Tee Cap above left ships with the 6-12" Tees. The Insulated Tee above right may be ordered separately and can be used when the Tee is close to combustibles. The insulated Tee is not to be used if the Tee is supporting the weight of the chimney. If the Tee cap is used for support, use the uninsulated Tee Cap.
15° Angle 6"-12" in Stainless Casing or Galvanized Casing
15° Angels are used in pairs to obtain lateral movement around obstructions or to locate the chimney closer to the roof ridge. Note: 10" and 12" only available in Galvanized casing.
30° Angle 6"-12" in Stainless Casing or Galvanized Casing

Stainless Steel Anchor Plate 6-12"
The Stainless Steel Anchor Plate provides a positive connection between your combustion area and your 6-12" TempGuard® Chimney pipe or Tee.
6-12" Stainles Steel Cap
The cap on the right(above) provides a grill for arresting sparks and preventing animals from entering during periods of inactivity. The Rain cap of the left (below) provides simple protection from rain and snow.
